I am working out lots. I feel super strong.
My mind is clear, besides a tad of drama last week. My body feels good besides the terrible head aches and ibuprofen I have been dropping all weekend, plus I am having my period.

I would like to give a shout out to some of my other friends that are doing this with me and the Yummy Mummy Club. My girl Sarah of Sarah Gunn Style has been my truest inspiration. She is beyond dedicated. The lovely, but most importantly witty Lisa from Forever in Mom Genes. A fellow Bookie and a lady who has biked so much she has a sore butt, Wanda. And my beautiful friend Sheri of This Bird’s Day who is going to do amazing next week on Weight Watchers while she is in Prince Edward Island (walk, girl, walk).
